You can think of a chiropractor as a “Guardian of the Spine”, we are health care professionals focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on treatment through manual adjustment and/or manipulation of the spine. When we manipulate the spine, we help to improve the overall motion of the spinal joints, taking physical pressure off the spinal structures which include the intervertebral discs between the spinal bones and the exiting nerves, this helps to reduce/prevent further degeneration of the spinal structures and also takes physically strain off the nervous system. Your nervous system controls every function in your body so it only makes sense to ensure there is no interference or obstruction of the exciting nerves.

Absolutely! After each session, you will receive an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

On each visit, I will be bringing a foldable chiropractic adjustment table, my doctor bag which includes my supplies such as headrest paper, hand sanitizer, body massager and patient files. As far as space, a chiropractic table is smaller than a massage table and we will definitely find a way to make it fit so there is ample space for a comfortable session.

I accept various forms of payment including email money transfer, credit card or cash.

Your initial session is an assessment and treatment in one and will take 1-1.5 hours to complete. Subsequent treatment sessions runs from 30-40 mins.

You can wear whatever is comfortable. During the session you will be full clothed, unlike a massage therapy session.

I treat throughout the GTA. From the lake to New Market, from Pickering to Brampton. Currently I treat patients throughout Pickering, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Downtown Toronto, Stouffville, Aurora, Vaughan, Brampton, Etobicoke.

Absolutely! It is very important that you understand the importance and need for the adjustment should it be needed. However, spinal adjustments will never be forced upon you. Your comfort level is important to me and if you decide you do not want to be adjusted, that is fine because the muscular rehabilitative techniques I use as well as stretches and strengthening exercise will help. However, if after a series of sessions, your progress of recovery seems to plateau, I will encourage the decision to consider spinal adjustments as it can be the missing link to your recovery.

Haha not at all! This is a judge free environment 🙂

Luckily, no! I would say that about 80% of my patients own either a cat or dog. I love animals!
